From generation to generation, The management of Sangfa Construction from its early days, which was entirely managed and decision-making within the company by Mr. Sukit Ampornsuksakul, the founder, was appropriate for the company’s size at that time, allowing for fast and flexible operations.
In the transition to the next era, the second era was managed by Dr. Cherdsak Ampornsuksakul, the heir to the company, who took over management duties
from his father. He maintained the same work standards as in the first era,
including responsibility for work and building trust with clients. What this era’s management added to its policies was the development of more systematic management and human resources methods. This was achieved by creating a corporate culture for new employees emphasizing the quality of work and the timeframe required to complete work according to client contracts.
